Staff was accomodating to our request and took time to change our room for upgrade. We felt the room small. Breakfast was the same daily but there were a lot of selections. Has vegatarian options, kids meal. Mixed of Japanese and continental breakfast. Staff service was great though there were food that they don't refill or maybe still preparing. Quiet far from Nagoya station if taking bus going to airport. We didn't catch up the bus. Front desk staff was helpful and patient in guiding me to take train instead of taxi to the airport. There is a train station at the back of Matsutsakaya. Note that if you are carrying heavy luggage there are 10 - 15 stair steps to bring down the luggage. We have 2 adults to carry each huge luggage to down then go up to get the other luggages back and fort. Total of 6 luggages. Hotel is walking distance to shopping. Room has complete charging cables from Apple to Android, to international adapters. Bathroom was roomy and clean. Nice shower and tub.

The room was modern, classy, and large compared to most of the hotels I've stayed at in Japan. The bathtub/shower room was large, with a full-sized bathtub, and the shower had several heads and functions. The separate toilet room and hallway sink area made sense. The bed was softer than most, and they included an electric massaging pad. Good control over the AC/heat, and the little air cleaner/humidifier came in handy. The price was good and the only downside was trying to get a spot in the two washing machines in the lobby.

Easy check-in and check-out process. Great area to stay in, with several good department stores nearby. It’s just a one-minute walk to Yoshinoya and within walking distance to Parco and a smaller Donki. There is a park nearby where you can enjoy a relaxing walk. Most importantly, it is within walking distance to the Sakae main area, which is the main reason for staying here. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and quite proficient in English as well.

The hotel's location is perfect for our purpose--food, shopping and claw machine. You can go shopping then come back to put things back to hotel and go out again easily. For the way to the airport, we only used the train to the airport instead of bus, the way to the train is easy and has ramp or lift, but inside the train station there are stairs, so it's not very friendly for the luggage.

Na

The immediate area was quiet and felt safe. Close to many department stores for shopping and short walk to a bus stop that will take you to Nagoya station. The mattress was comfortable. The complementary wine was fun.
